Early Life Experience: Rodney worked 15 years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent in seven states and then a Project Manager for a large Commercial Construction firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
His ''Crown Jewel'' project in Florida was the Joe Robbie Stadium, now the Hard Rock Stadium.
Following the construction firm, he was an Executive Director of Operations for ten years for a utility company in Cleveland, Ohio.
During that time, he played an instrumental part in the Restructuring, Acquisition, and Merger of that utility company.
